Reading Royals Tickets

My wife and I drove from Norfolk, VA to Reading, PA to celebrate our wedding anniversary by attending a hockey game between the Norfolk Admirals (visiting) and the Reading Royals (home). We had a really great evening and a lot of fun at the game. There were over 2,000 people at the game, and we were the only two wearing Admirals jerseys, which was fun but we did feel conspicuous. The local fans were fantastic, despite our cheering for the "enemy", and as we wandered in the arena we were frequently and cheerfully greeted with "welcome to Reading". More than a few people took time to stop and ask us about our visit and our experience at the arena and in Reading. Many thanks to the arena and team staffs, and a special thank you to the Royals team mascot, Slapshot (and her helper), who greeted us warmly and took some pictures with us. The game was very entertaining, our Admirals won (sorry Royals), and we had a good time chatting with the local fans. All-in-all we had a great time, and this was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

Wow, what a crowd! It's a fun experience, the crowd is rowdy and as long as you're okay with that it's very entertaining. The venue is really nice and access is very easy, I know it's not a huge crowd but parking and exiting is a lot better than I expected. We will be attending more Royals Hockey games in the future.

The hockey game was great, especially because the Reading Royals won it in overtime! There was so much going on that even my 8-month old granddaughter had a grand time. It was a fun time for 9 members of my family to get together.

Besides the lack of talent on the ice, the overall experience wasn't worth it. Prices are ridiculous - a box of candy that sells for 1.30 in the grocery store is 5.00. Same with bottles of water and soda. Food choices don't offer much variety and what you get doesn't equal what you pay. We have one more game this season and that will be it for another 2 or 3 years based on our experience

MLK day at the rink for a 1 PM puck drop. Game was well attended, a great day for the family. Parking was free! Thank you. The intermissions were fun packed with a snowball fight and of course Chuck a puck. Too bad the Royals didn’t pull out a win, all and all a good day.

We love going to the Royals games. Good area nice atmosphere too. 19 bucks a piece for good seats too.

Santander Arena is a gorgeous arena, great for hockey. The Royals lost the game we went to, but it was a great time for all of us. We will definitely go back.

For years me and my friends have been parking in the BARTA garage across from the arena for 6 dollars and it was much easier in and out but now the team and arena have decided to make the lot suite parking only. 90% of the suites go empty and now me and my friends have to park in a city garage for a minimum of ten dollars and brave the low security of the RPA and deal with the nightmare of getting out of the garage. Not to mention tickets have went up again as they have the last few years it now makes more sense for me and my girlfriend to attend Phantoms games for the same price or less or go to Hershey bears games. Nice job royals you lose fans every year because of stunts like this!
