Carden International Circus Spectacular Tickets

Got to the circus early to ride the elephant.. walk up to the table and see it cost $25, I have a 1 year old who can’t ride alone so I asked do I have to pay for both of us beings he’s too young to ride alone? She asked me how old is he so I told her 1.. she walked away went ask someone if I need 1 or 2 tickets.. she comes back to tell me I only need to pay for 1 ticket then proceeds to ask me how much I weigh because there is a weight limit… after I tell her how much I weigh she tells me that I couldn’t ride because I was 5lbs over the weight limit. After she tells me that I see 3 adults (1 man & 2 women) get on along with 3 kids, so I go ask her I thought they had a weight limit and she says the weight limit is per person. I continuously watched men that I knew weigh more than me get on along with other adults. It’s not like I was asking to ride for free with a grown child. I’ll make sure I never attend their circus again!

My son was so excited when the circus was coming to town. He was deady a month ahead. My mom, my grandpa, me and my son who all went and it was a fantastic experience. My son was enjoying himself. Love that they have the motorcycles in the cage. They have a variety of talents which is very enjoyable for all. I know i enjoyed myself more than I thought I would. Would love it if they would start selling shirts that they could print them and sell. Would make a great idea. Thanks again for coming to my town. Love to see you all next year.

I grew up attending Barnum Bailey Circus- this was a disappointment. It was too loud, they didn't pay attention to those seated on the side. It seemed to be about hype, making money, and just a shadow of what I expected. Weirdly sexual yet only impressive for young children- but too loud for them. Ringmaster was subpar- talked too much, the videos were another disappointment. These kids watch videos all day long- including videos?

When an event advertises special packages to do certain things, you’d expect those things at baseline… When an event advertises even more basic level things, you’d still expect those, right? Well… the only reason our family wanted to go to this was for our toddler who loves elephants. We paid for the higher end package which was to include the opportunity to see and ride the elephants before the show. When we arrived all that was there were a bunch of overpriced rides on jump houses ($10 for 3 minutes) and slides ($10 for one slide down). The circus had no animals before, during, or after the show. If the only reason you want to go is to watch acrobats, by all means, but I’d still suggest spending the extra $20 a ticket and go to a Cirque show, if that’s your thing.

It seemed like it was advertised that you would be able to see or ride an elephant. There were no animals, only an albino snake yuck. My son loves elephants so I thought it would be a fun experience for him. Not worth the money to go. The show didn’t even start on time at 6:30 and started 15-20 minutes later, by that point we left. The pre show events were over priced and there wasn’t much to do. What was also disappointing were the items to purchase at the souvenir stands. None were circus related or worth what they were costing. I wouldn’t go back.

It’s a first for my kids and myself. We really enjoyed it a lot. My 4 year old is a fan of trolls so seeing trolls out there made it even better.

We had a really good time at the circus with my four year old. The circus crew brings a lot of energy and joy, and some very neat acts that kept us all captivated. :)

Sad grandchildren will not know a real circus with elephants, tigers and bears!!

My 79 year old mother said she would like to see the circus that was advertised on a local TV station. I had never heard of the Carden Circus before, but hey, Mom wanted to go so I bought early bird front row tickets for the Sunday 2 PM show, Feb 18th. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised with just how entertaining the show was! The acrobatic performances were jaw-dropping and the animal trainers were superb! The clown segments provided some chuckles, and the motorcycles in the ball were absolutely amazing! I am a 59 year old guy that frequently found myself saying "Wow! Wow! How can they do that?" Great entertainment for the price and I will definitely go again the next time the Carden Circus is in Wichita.

My 3 yr old grandson and my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the circus performers, treats, and mementos. Having the opportunity to to interact with circus performers, animals, and activities like the bouncy house with slides, face painting, riding the little train pre-, intermission, and post-show gave my 3 yr old grandson a chance to get his “wiggles” out and then in his seat to watch again was a life-saver. My granddaughter was totally mesmerized by all the action of the 3-rings, especially the aerialists on silks as they performed high above us. All of the circus employees we interacted with were courteous and helpful.Great experience!
