by Fernando C. on 9/18/24San Jose Civic - San JoseThe only that fail the organization of the event is the access because the QR code of a printed tickets doesn’t work, and we don’t have a chance of add the tickets to our wallets, everyone bring the ticket printed and gate staff are not available to scan and I don’t know why. Next time make sure the QR code work to allow our access.

Only issue we noticed was that the volume of speakers was too loud (even for Mexican standards). Saw several kids covering their little ears because of it. If for next time they can lower a bit the volume it would make the show more enjoyable for all.
