Thought it was a great time! Steve did an awesome job without Pete. Sunday night, got a great deal on tickets. Only thing is drink prices are way too high at HOB. Other than that I had a lot of fun!
Great show from beginning (Fake Friends), to the end
My review has less to do with the quality of the band itself and more to do with the behaviour of many members of the audience. As has become customary, unfortunately, concert venues have become an extension of many living rooms where people believe they can talk incessantly during songs. And I won’t even get into the vidiots. Cheers.
The sound quality wasn't the best, but mostly I was disappointed in the set list. So many excellent songs were left unsung. Aside from that, when they did play their best songs, the crowd went wild. I am glad I attended.
You couldn’t tell that Pete Shelley was absent from the band. They were fabulous!!
Buzzcocks sounded in top form and played a great setlist consisting of all songs from the great Singles Going Steady. It was well worth seeing this classic act. Native Sun and Lovecrimes were two great opening acts.
The band and the show is amazing! Great energy and sound!
They played in one of my favourite venues in NY, Irving Plaza. The crowd were up for a good night and the Buzzcocks didn't disappoint. Great songs and a tight performance by the boys. Long may they continue.
Great vintage punk from one of Englands original punk band!!!
