BTO played as well as they could. However, the Guess Who catalog needs to be sung by the original singer, Burton Cummings. The venue staff were courteous and professional.
It was such an amazing show. Randy Bachman can still shred at 80. They did songs from both BTO and The Guess Who. The encore was a sing-along with the audience of classic rock songs and ended with Taking Care of Business. We love the venue, have been to the St. George Theatre many times and will continue to do so.
Definitely enjoyed the show, which was essentially a reprise on Randy Bachman's notable music career. They mixed in fun stories, several Guess Who songs, and some other rareties (his son's charting single from the 90's) with the BTO hits. As a hardcore BTO fan I would have loved a few more songs from the BTO catalog and I missed CF Turner's distinctive howl on vocals, but still a great concert and a must-see for any Guess Who or BTO fan.
It's the music of the 70's with lots of fun narrative and slides and the best encore ever!

Great concert and I'd go see him and his band again. He performed lots of hits, by both h8s bands, The Guess Who and Bachman Turner Overdrive. Definitely a show any Rock and Roll fan should attend. Loved it from start to finish.
Went to a BTO concert and a Guess Who concert broke out. Great mix of both bands from Randy Bachman. Acoustics at Foxwoods were da bomb
This band is not really BTO. Without the T in BTO you are left with BO. The new bass player did a good job, but there is only one Fred Turner, and no one else can reproduce that whiskey-gravel voice. However, I am grateful to see an 81-year old legend rocking tunes that meant the world to me when I was 15. Randy plays seated these days, but sounds and plays like a much younger man. The best part is the stories he tells. He’s such a regular guy.
