Saw the BTO show at the Hard Rock in Gary, In. Outstanding show! Great storytelling by Randy Bachman. Many hits from his Guess Who days and Bachman Turner Overdrive days. To top it off, his son Tal is touring with the band. A solid 2 hour performance !
At 81 y/o Randy Bachman is still the Badass musician hehas always been since I began listening to when I was 18! The BTO group of musicians are all outstanding and love what they do. I am ecstatic to see BTO back! Rock on BTO!
BTO was great. The warm up band 7th Heaven was great.
What a great concert. Been to many and this was a too 10 favorite. States with 7th. Heaven and a 1/2 hour straight medley of old time rock and roll. The energy that band releases while playing is higher than high. BTO came on and continued the energy along with the history of The Guess Who and BTO, who Randy Bachman founded both. His son along with Randy and 3 other members rocked the night away. Start to finish was a memorable night.
Man, so glad we made the effort to drive an hour to see Randy and BTO! His guitar is crystal clear. We really enjoyed the concert! The Hard Rock in Rockford is super nice, too! The music venue is small which we loved - even the cheap seats were great!

BTO was great and how Randy Bachman narrated the bands start and success was enlightening to hear. I grew up listening to what I consider true hippie rock. You have to catch these bands now for the original members, where present, are in overtime in life.
They played liked it was 40 years ago. We traveled an hour to show and it was well worth it. The stories were so interesting and the songs were wonderful
This was a very good show in a terrible showroom. The seats on the sides had a very limited view of the stage and the only good view was of the projection on the wall in front of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I am slightly handicapped and have trouble walking and the very great helping me in and out of the show. Randy Bachman still can put on a show.
The acoustics in the venue were not so good. Perhaps the ceiling is too low? The sound was loud but not so good, perhaps to cover up Randy Bachman's vocals at his now advanced age? The show spent too much time dedicated to his former life as a Guess Who leader with Burton Cummings. This was not necessarily a bad thing, but the BTO songs seemed more of an afterthought, which is too bad since it was billed as a BTO concert.
You could really feel the energy and love for jamming! Everyone was up out of their seats and just like the old days except all were pretty much cotton tops! What a blast - love Bachman Turner Overdrive!
One of the best concerts I’ve been to in many years. Randy Bachman introduced and explained how he wrote many of the songs. Played a number of Guess Who tunes along with the hits from BTO.
Great concert ! Very entraining . Randy covered the guess who and bto . Knew every song!!!
Bachman Turner Overdrive didn't disappoint. Randy was amazing in telling his journey along with the great hits from his past. When people are dancing, you know it is a great concert.
Awesome show. Randy can still play! Tight band played a tight set with a few great stories with the history behind a few of the tunes. They played everything you wanted to hear and much much more. Classic Rock and Roll Show. Loved it!
Concert went on for 2 hrs! What a variety of music tunes, plenty to sing along with. TV screens placed well so could catch the fine fingering of the guitars. Audio was loud but did not reverberate for much after the show was over. Lead singer was not exceptional, could use a different lead voice. Great addition to hear the history of the bands from Randy, he did that well. Overall, an exceptional concert at a smaller and more intimate venue. Ticket master app was terrible. could not get my tickets loaded in the app even after a few hours of working on it....so went to the ticket office to retrieve them. Please correct this mess.
BTO was amazing. I loved Randy's story's leading up to the next song.
We had the most amazing time at the concert. Great seats
.I missed seeing "BTO"at "Winterland"in San Francisco in 1976 because of the surcharge of 75 cents on a $6.25 ticket. Didn't have money in them days. To see the band almost 50 yrs later was on of the most special moments of my life. The venue was nice, very comfortable seating, the sound system was great, the music and storytelling of "Randy Bachman"was epic! Thank you everyone involved. Til we meet again "Gimme Your Money Please"
Great show but we missed Fred Turner. Randy has a great catalog and played quite a few Guess Who songs. He’s a very under appreciated guitarist. Eddie Van Halen could do tapping, Jimmy page could play the guitar with a violin bow, but it was great to see Randy Bachman played the guitar with a drumstick. A look forward to see him again.
