It was the evening of the 4.8 earthquake that had me tense. Yet, after attending the event of Yahzarah Oduro, she mellowed my anxiety with her energy and beautiful voice. The Apollo staff were on point and polite as well as the food was tasty.
The Apollo Music Café has a great energy and atmosphere with a friendly staff and great food and drinks. This is the place to hear amazing musicians and singers
The Cafe itself is beautiful with great audio but the food is disgusting. Everything taste like a microwaved cardboard box. Eat before you come.
First time going to the Apollo Music Cafe but definitely will not be the last. The experience surpassed any expectation I had. Was visiting from out of town (Mallorca) and had seen that Samara Joy was performing to our great delight. If you haven't been please make sure you do. Samara Joy was outstanding. Her sounds permeated the room like no other. The way she captured our attention with each note was an entire experience. Looking forward to the next show in the cafe.
I saw Liv Warfield at the Apollo. She has a powerful voice. Her voice is multi faceted. Liv and her band were harmonious together. She knows how to connect to her fans. Her show was only 1 hour. I wanted to hear more of her … Going to her show made me feel better. Her show lifted my spirit.
I am such a big fan of Liv Warfield from her days as a member of Prince’s NPG band. She never disappoints in her shows and her band is top notch. She brings such energy to her performances, I heard someone say she reminds them of Tina Turner. All in all an excellent show, she leaves it all on the stage when she’s done. Kudos to her and her band!
My friends and I had a great time at Liv Warfield's show the other night. Liv was amazing, as usual!!! We appreciated the mask policy for our safety.
Storm Marrero gave an OUTSTANDING performance. She was absolutely great. What a beautiful voice she has. She involved the audience in her performance. Excellent performer. I had not ever heard of her prior to the show but seeing and hearing what I heard from that young lady right there, I will follow her moving forward. Thank you for such an AWESOME performance Beautiful Lady!
