Hard-touring Florida rockers A Day to Remember carved out their niche more than a decade ago by fusing metalcore verses with pop-punk choruses. They toured relentlessly before releasing their debut album, 2005's "And Their Name Was Treason," on a small indie label. On the heels of that album's success, the band landed a deal with a major indie label and released three albums over the next four years. A dispute with the new label led made the band take a more? DIY approach in 2013, self-issuing a new album titled Common Courtesy. A Day to Remember's current lineup -- which has been in place since 2009 -- includes Jeremy McKinnon (vocals), Neil Westfall (rhythm guitar), Josh Woodard (bass), Kevin Skaff (lead guitar), and Alex Shelnutt (drums). The five-piece group is known for pulling out all the stops in concert -- the over-the-top set-design on their 2013 looked like a two-story suburban house -- delivering plenty of pyrotechnics and energy for the fans who buy tickets.
Fantastic all around, maybe aside from beer prices lol
So much freaking fun and the best visual effects I’ve ever seen at a concert! Very simple to get in too.
Every time I see ADTR, they sound amazing and it’s never a dull show
Absolutely one of the best shows I have ever been to! Not only did they sound amazing and put on a great show, but they squeezed soooo many songs into the 1&1/2 hour set! 10/10 recommend going to see them, you won't be disappointed!!!
ADTR did not disappoint! That was a fantastic show and they kept it fun for the crowd. Not sure if it was a City/venue thing or fan base but the crowd was very lively and moved a ton! It was refreshing to see considering the last few rock shows I’ve been to.
Love seeing A Day To Remember, Four Year Strong, A Story So Far and Scowl. They put on a great show!
Highly recommend seeing them on a headline tour. They were absolutely amazing!
This hands-down was the best day to remember concert that I have gone to yet. The venue was great and very accommodating
ADTR was perfect! The only thing I will say is that whoever was in charge of mixing for the other three bands really shafted them. The vocals were not up high enough and the band overshadowed them for all three sets. However, once ADTR came out, there was no issue at all and it was truly an awesome experience.
This show was absolutely amazing!!! I can’t wait to see them again.
