The tour basically hits 3 spots: The museum, monument park and the home dugout. In my opinion, the tour was pretty lame and catered more to someone who has never experienced Yankee Stadium. You can visit the museum up until the 8th inning during a game and you can visit monument park prior to every home game, so you don't need to take a tour to see these places. The only pro's to this is you are with a smaller crowd then you would have at a game, and you get a tour guide. The highlight of the tour was getting to go into the dugout, however, it was the last stop and it felt very rushed.
My suggestions would be: Allow the tour to enter the yankee bullpen (there's a door connecting it to monument park), show fans areas that they wouldn't normally see such as the press box and broadcast booth. And finally, most fans don't spend the money to experience the luxurious aspects of a game at the stadium. On the tour, show them the legends seats and the food that comes with it, the suite level, and some of the exclusive clubs like the delta suite. I would bet that the yankees would get more sales for these things if they were added to the tour.
