More a review for the school not ticketmaster...Very good event, not so good aggregate overall results. Sometimes more is not more. Moving the game to 4 pm, didn't really work the home fan base. I understand the TV revenues may have dictated some or most the decision but there's only so much you can do on the campus ahead of the game...couple that with a very bad game and limited appearance of the exhausted band (they were tired from their lonnnng day). Do what you can to move the game back to 2 pm...it balances the day better.

Due to bad internet reception, unable to access the code scanner. It took over 30 minutes standing in the midst of a crowd before finally accessing it. Not happy!!!!!

Tickets had to be picked up at will call. Other than this added step all good. I understand COVID has applied pressure to processes. Was a good game and a very nice experience at VSU.

My alma mater, Virginia State University, rolled out the red carpet for Saturday's Homecoming celebration. While I have attended several VSU Homecomings in the past, this one moved me in ways never before experienced. What impressed me most about the October 2018 Homecoming was VSU's ability to create and sustain a warm and collegial atmosphere among the throngs of people who showed up. Everyone seemed so welcoming and genuinely happy to be there. This includes security officials, vendors parking attendants, fraternity and sorority members, folks in the stands at the game, and even in the front yard displays of support by a few surrounding residents. I soaked up the entire experience and felt so blessed to be among fine, upstanding folks who look like me enjoying each other's company and setting an example of good behavior for a younger generation. Make no mistake: Homecoming at VSU is so much more than a game and a parade. It is a healing space, a communing space, a safe space to reminisce and to love on each other!

I went with my wife, my son and his cousin both boys are 9 yrs. old. We had a great time i would recommend this event for all ages.

My family and friends attend this event every year and each year it gets better.The games are exciting the half time show is better than the pros,and the tailgating is something past amazing.keep the games here and it will become even more successful as more people find out this is the place to be in September.

The game and the band were really good. The tail gate parties were awesome. Looking forward to next time.

I don't care about college sports. However, football is my favorite sport and I'll watch a game even if my favorite team isn't playing.
