Beautiful in and out,great building.food was sub standard, bratwurst came with stale roll , no variety in the food offered, 90% of food stands closed,noise was thunderous negating all conversations.Game was great but giant screen simply showed the game, no info on the screen—-who is on the court, how many fouls does he have, points etc. experience was so -so. I will check with friends before I return
On Saturday - 9 November 2019, I attended the Men's BB game against Princeton. The Chase Center is quite amazing with just as many people working there as were attending the game. I found the people working to be courteous and quite helpful. I was in the seats along with visiting several of the suites. The suites are generous in size, comfortable, with good service. The seats in the arena are comfortable as well. I think that the Chase Center will be a natural attraction for years to come.
Nice venue but fans pay thru higher concession costs...salad was not the freshest as it was starting to wilt ... Would have been nice on the Jumbletron to have running stats for players on the floor ..have to be careful on the steep steps
If you have an event with 5000 attending, there should be good available. Poorly run arena.
