Jackie Robinson Stadium is a great place to watch a ballgame. Great for the family and the kids love it!
First college game and we get to see a no hitter. It was awesome! The stadium is small enough that you're in the middle of the action.
We always attend several games each season and it never fails to disappoint! The stadium is so quaint and makes you feel like you are part of the action. Your children can play behind you and my son often catches foul balls that he has the players sign after the games. We always have a great time. Great family day!!
Saw UCLA defeat Cal last Saturday at Jackie Robinson Stadium just west of the National Cemetery in Westwood. For the price -- $5 general admission for kids, $8 for adults -- you can't beat it. The Bruins play outstanding baseball, the games are well played, the seats are close to the field, and the concessions are incredibly reasonable -- $4 for a hot dog, $2 for a drink -- it the perfect place to take your family for an night of baseball!!
First time in this stadium. We really enjoyed it. Its a classic. A nice old ball field, very enjoyable. Hot dogs for $4.00 ! Cant get any better than that. Now that I have the directions, we will go again.
Parking is really expensive, only 1 concession box, you wait 45 min, ucla fans are combative..not going back
Great game, took my family and had the best time ever and made great memories. Will be back.
I really like this venue, and the game was great...wish they allowed tailgating though as there's not much around there and it would make it much more family oriented.
Visited Jackie Robinson Stadium for first time in following TCU on its SoCal trip. What a fun experience. The people were friendly, the Dodger Dogs nicely grilled, and a treat to see both the Jackie Robinson statue and the exhibit of the 2013 NCAA Championship trophy. 1/4 mile for I-405, but among the trees it feels miles away. Thank you!
Jackie Robinson Stadium was great! The seats were comfortable and new. The staff was friendly. The venue was clean and easy to navigate. We all had a great time!
these outing was remarkable for my son dodger rios 7yrs old and for my self, beauty of a stadium and city great fans and staff if u get a chance take your kids to a game and root for the bruins
My wife and I attended with my son's family. My son's wife's nephew Patrick McGrath pitched for LMU and got the win, allowing one run and three hits in five innings. Our GA seats were great, and the info on the digital scoreboard helped us keep up to date. There was a mixup on our tickets, which we purchased on the UCLA website the night before, and because I brought a printout and plenty of ID, we were escorted without tickets through the gate and into Jackie Robinson Stadium.
Nothing like catching a baseball game after a a busy day. Good game, beautiful field, nice facility.
a beautiful sunny day, my out of state in LA for a 3 game series, the staduim staff was friendly and my team won!!!! one 2 very minor issues 1) another consession stand would be nice along with also addtional rest room facilities for both genders.. otherwise a 5 STAR WONDERFUL WEEKEND!!!!1 GO OREGON STATE BEAVERS!!!!
The game was fantastic - the venue is embarrassing to say the least. A school like UCLA should certainly have a much more state of the art stadium. Glad we were able to watch this team move on to Omaha and the CWS
My son and I saw the UCLA Bruins defeat TCU at Jackie Robinson Stadium and advance to the College World Series. We had a great time in great seats. I loved watching the catcher after the final out tackle the Freshman pitcher Berg and all the players dog piling on. Well played game by both teams, but the best is moving on!!
What a great place to take your family, your friends or a group for a fun day of baseball! The stadium is very easy to get in and out of - right off the 405 at Wilshire. Seating is good - you have a great view from any seat in the place. And it's maintained very well - clean restrooms, seating areas, etc. And the price is right......I'll definitely be going back.
