The Matches Tickets

The Matches 20 Year anniversary show in Chicago for their first album E.Von Dahl Killed The Locals! Took my 16yr old to finally see our favorite band together. ::We could not miss this concert, since they do not perform anymore and my kid has been asking to see My / our favorite band since she was little: She got to meet all four band members and they were each so nice, welcoming and excited to see a new generation of fan rocking out so hard at their show. A few of them telling her how long they've known her dad and how cool it was to have her at the show. To say this show was incredible is an understatement. You could legitimately feel the ground shaking in that place. She got in the mosh pits, crowd surfed, and sang her heart out to Every song. The community of Matches fans are now and have always been my favorite crowd. At a Matches show you share stories, sweat, and laughs together. Throw your arms around your neighbors and passionately shout lyrics along with all. A Matches reunion is not just a reunion for the band, it's a reunion for us all. To quote a few Matches lyrics: "When you belong to a song, Salty Eyes! YOU BELONG" "It'll be just like you were never gone" "If I'm the sum of all my friends, Then all my friends are some of me And if you're some way just like them Then I am you to some degree."

The house of blues was a very beautiful venue ao much art everywhere. (They do not have a smoking section tho, if you don't buy vip and made my friend throw out 2vapes) however The Matches have been a favorite of mine for at least 20 years and absolutely blew me away once again!!

Honestly the best show I’ve seen. They were genuinely just as excited as we were and there was just so much heart on stage and in the audience. Also they literally sounded perfect. Just like the album but better. Booked tickets to their next show because this was such a great experience.

the matches really know how to put on an epic performance! truly unforgettable. we travelled all the way from canada for this show and i would 100% do it again in a heartbeat!

one of my favorite bands for 20 years. so glad they are doing reunion shows to make my inner child happy!! got just as sweaty as i did going to shows when i was 18!

It was magical to see The Matches live again after so many years! They have so much love for their fans and have created a lasting community of fans and friends who feel as much a part of the experience as the band itself. Full of energy and humor, it felt like the show was over in a flash. I will remember this night forever!

What a show that was at GAMH, San Francisco. I had not seen them in years and they were fantastic. Sounded incredible. I am bummed that I did not get tickets to the Fillmore show in September. I was in Japan and could not access the website. I wanna go. Have fun everyone. Enjoy the Matches.

The Matches killed it! There wasn't a second where they looked or sounded like a band doing a reunion show. They were as athletic and tight as a bunch of 20 year olds with all the drive and hunger of newbies. Shawn made one great joke about them aging aging... then went on to surf the crowd while singing... in tune! Bravo!

The Matches Fillmore show was so amazing, as they always do, they had the crowd worked up into a lather. What a fan base they have, I ran into people who had traveled from New York and Chicago to attend. They put on one of the best live shows ever!
