The Killers are a Las Vegas quartet who formed in 2001. Featuring the long-running lineup of frontman Brandon Flowers, guitarist Dave Keuning, bassist Mark Stoermer and drummer Ronnie Vannucci, Jr., The Killers have released seven studio albums. Their 2004 debut Hot Fuss contains their diamond-certified lead single “Mr. Brightside” and platinum singles “Somebody Told Me” and “All These Things That I’ve Done,” and the band has had 11 singles chart on the Hot 100. Across two decades of recording together, the four-piece have sold over 28 million albums worldwide and topped the Billboard 200 (with 2017’s Wonderful Wonderful). The band hit No. 1 Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart for the first time with “When You Were Young” from 2006’s Sam’s Town, and they would return to the top spot for later singles “Caution” from 2020’s Imploding the Mirage and “Boy” from the 2023 compilation Rebel Diamonds.

Many songs sound similar in many ways. If they throw in a cover (PET SHOP, CURE, etc.) every 4th or 5th song that would make it a great show!

Brandon Flowers as the lead singer never disappoints and connects with the public using his shining white smile. That being said , the experience was hindered by the awful sound at the Budweiser stage. It was painfully loud and we couldn’t really hear the vocals over the extremely loud instrumentals , which is unacceptable considering the pricing of the tickets.
