Texas Longhorns Baseball Tickets

The Texas Longhorns baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of The University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas. The team competes in the Big 12 Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. The Longhorns play their home games at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, which is located on the university's campus.

The Longhorns have won six national championships, in 1949, 1950, 1975, 1983, 2002, and 2005. They have also appeared in the College World Series 32 times, most recently in 2022. The Longhorns have also had a number of players who have gone on to play professional baseball, including Roger Clemens, who was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the first round of the 1983 MLB Draft. He played for the Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, Houston Astros, and New York Yankees. He was a seven-time Cy Young Award winner and a 11-time All-Star.

Drew Stubbs also showcased his exceptional skills both on the baseball field and in the academic realm. He earned the title of three-time All-American in baseball and was recognized as a two-time academic All-American. Notably, Stubbs played a pivotal role in securing victory for Team USA during the gold medal game against Japan at the 2004 FISU II World University Baseball Championship in Taiwan, where he delivered a game-winning triple. His outstanding performance didn't go unnoticed, as he received accolades such as the Longhorns' co-MVP, was named Big 12 co-Player of the Year, and emerged as one of the top five contenders for the prestigious Golden Spikes Award in 2006.

The Longhorns have played their home games at UFCU Disch-Falk Field since 1926. The stadium is named after former Longhorns coaches Billy Disch and Bibb Falk. UFCU Disch-Falk Field has a capacity of 7,500 people.
