Tegan and Sara first established themselves as indie rock royalty in the mid-2000s. The Canadian duo released the critically-acclaimed albums So Jealous (2004) and The Con (2007), before evolving to more of a pop sound on 2013’s Heartthrob, which was produced by Greg Kurstin (Adele, Beck, Foo Fighters) and features the synth-pop hit “Closer.” Since their 1999 debut album Under Feet Like Ours, Tegan and Sara have sold over a million albums worldwide, and have played to sold-out arenas with artists like The Killers and Katy Perry. The twin sisters are also longtime activists, and are dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ women and girls through the Tegan and Sara Foundation, which they established in 2016. Their 2019 memoir High School was a New York Times best-seller, and was adapted into a television series of the same name. They released their 10th studio album Crybaby in 2022.

I have seen Tegan and Sara a few times before and they never disappoint. This was one of the best live shows I have ever been to. They played so many classics with a new sound. I loved seeing them outside right by the water. It was a perfect show, they are an act you have to go see.
Their live performance was great, their voices and instrumental abilities are top notch, just how you’d expect and artists that has been on the game +20 years… The show wasn’t that great, it was extremely short, maybe an hour and 10 minutes.. They came out late, and even after the show people were like “is this really it???” and waited there because we were expecting T&S to come back out and keep performing, but no. The mics and the set up was taken off. And everyone left. They are great artists but I dont know if the show is worth the amount of $ you pay…
I love Humphrey’s…. Such a beautiful venue with not a bad view in the house. However the seat situation is HORRIBLE. The plastic chairs are so small and so close together, it makes for an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward seating experience. Tegan and Sara are amazing live and so much fun, so I still had a great time but something has to be done about those horrible chairs.

The show was fantastic and Tegan and Sara never disappoint! Great energy, funny quips. I was lucky to see these girls years ago at a small club and they are just getting better all the time.

This was my first time seeing Tegan and Sara live and they were fantastic! Hit every note perfectly and had a great stage presence. I suppose I could have used a little be less banter, but that might be part of the allure for others.
