Sound quality was terrible

The entire show, especially the headliner, the sound was extremely terrible! I have never been to a show with such awful sound. The screeching during the opening band was nonstop and horrid. Then the main band starts and their microphones don’t work at all?? The entire set, you could hear the sound fluctuating. I’ve never been so disappointed and dissatisfied at a show in my life.
