BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Infatuated with music production at a young age, Jeff Montalvo began experimenting with synths and making beats on his Macintosh, stepping out solo as Seven Lions after a brief stint drumming in a punk band. Since then he's released his debut EP Polarize, earning recognition from none other than Skrillex, who signed Seven Lions to his label OWSLA. His follow-up EP Days To Come attracted attention from other mainstream DJs like Armin Van Buuren and Gareth Emery, landing at No. 2 on the iTunes Dance charts. Seven Lions has toured with Porter Robinson and Kewella, and his collaboration with Ellie Goulding on his 2014 EP Worlds Apart has planted him firmly on the dance music's A-list. Back on the road, Seven Lions will have ticket buyers’ spirits lifted high with his hit-filled sets on the upcoming Worlds Apart Tour.

by Logical on 8/14/24Echostage - WashingtonI'm a regular at echo stage. I've been there for artists like dj snake, sofi tukker, kshmr and countless others. Never have I seen echo this crowded and oversold. There wasn't even room to breathe. People were standing in the entrance area and listening to the music because there wasnt any place to go and stand. 10/10 would not recommend .

by Sam on 8/13/24Echostage - WashingtonI had high expectations as he's known to be a great artist but his show had no good visual or stage effects or lighting. Kept transitioning and didn't let any song play out. Beat drops annoyingly misplaced. Overall one of the worst sets at echostage.

by Austin Y on 8/31/23My group had one person who recently had surgery on her leg, and knowing this concert was a dance music show, we really hoped we could find a seated area. The VIP area in the Egyptian Room was perfect! We got a fair price for table seating and had a perfect view of the stage. Our VIP rep Jennifer Taylor was so so helpful. She made our night amazing and I can’t thank her enough. Can’t wait for the next show!

by Benny on 6/24/23I saw him at the Ritz in raliegh on a wednesday. The first opener was bad but the second one, Gem and Tauri, were good. Right before seven lions came out, my friends and I got 3 rail spots. The music was amazing. He has so many different types of drops- techno, headbanger, upbeat, bass synths. The light production wasn’t crazy but still well done for having a small venue. This was the first time i saw him and wasn’t a huge fan before but now I love his music and want to see him again. I think i paid around 40 for the tickets which was more than worth it.

The ebbs and flows of his set were like an epic journey. The location on the San Diego bay was breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend another set again.

by Alan on 6/20/23The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoThe shell is such an amazing venue and seeing seven lions there was wonderful. The only issue is I wish they would have projected onto the shell the visuals like some other artists do the projection looks breathtaking when they do it.
