However, the comics were kind of raunchy when it wasn't necessary. Not all of the talent was this way. Some were funny and somewhat clean but not enough to overshadow the others. I won't be going back to this particular showcase. I forgot to start with the fact that the hostess was particularly offensive. I guess I didn't realize how "in the toilet"today's comedy had become. It's been a long time since I've been to a comedy club. It just wasn't funny.
