Had a great time at the game. The experience at the Rose Bowl was everything I thought it would be and more. Too bad the Tide did not win but did not dampen the experience by much. Definitely a bucket list event for me and enjoyed it all.
Atmosphere was 5 stars. Had issues with parking around the stadium, it was a traffic jam and we got to the game much later than expected. Also once in the stadium got stuck in a mosh pit when trying to get to my seats. It was hot and very uncomfortable getting squished together from all sides. I had to go around the entire stadium to access my seats. The bowl should be fully accessible or at least let the ticket holder know a before they enter an incorrect gate.
Great day with my son and twin 18 year old grandsons and exciting game! Got there early to beat traffic hung out and enjoyed our day!
Ticketmaster was great. Constant reminders sent to remind you of the event and how to avoid pitfalls like poor reception. Download the tickets to your wallet and you don't have to worry about cell or wifi service.
Truly a magically experience with the rich history and traditional! Loved the experience especially with a Michigan victory. Those sky elements were really cool too. The only thing is that it needs much better traffic control after the event. Finding the end of the shuttle line was really difficult and made it tough to leave. Also would hope for more bathroom stalls as well. The long lines made it difficult to walk around the concourse
Unbelievable experience! Not only is this one of the best bowl games but a Michigan victory made it an incredible experience. Easy purchase of tickets as?? well
The entire spectacle of the Rose Bowl is amazing!! The tradition and the setting are one of a kind, but the little things make it an outstanding experience. From the tailgating on the golf course to the college atmosphere it all makes for a great day. 2024 was my 2nd Rose Bowl and I will be back. Getting out of the venue is not fun, but it is a small price to pay. This venue should also host the Championship every year.
No more….the Rose Bowl may consider itself the ‘Grandaddy’ of them all, but this venue needs to be put to pasture for their inability and unwillingness to manage even a small crowd of 96k. Getting out of the stadium is at best an effort in futility, taking nearly 1 1/2 hours just to get to a shuttle bus. So-called event staff were useless and frequently rude. At The Big House, crowds of 15,000 more than were in the Rose Bowl easily leave the stadium; crowd management is focused and efficient. Not so at the Rose Bowl. Should Michigan return, this 25 year season ticket holder will watch on TV.
What a game! It was everything and more than I ever expected.
The Rose Bowl game itself was incredible. Michigan won and I was happy as a clam. The Rose Bowl as a venue is maybe the worse run they I've ever been to. Insanely long lines for EVERYTHING (food, get through tunnel, get up the stairs, leave). And then the worst part NO ride share lot anywhere even remotely close and the shuttles took almost 2 hours. I asked about 5 event staff and none of them knew where to catch an Uber so I was sent on a 3 mile walk before I could even call one. Just a pure lack of having any clue what was going on or how to direct people to safely get home was crazy in my opinion. Why wouldn't they have an Uber lot there? Doesn't matter if the wait was long at least people would have a place they could order an Uber to and wait. The Rose Bowl doesn't really deserve to have events like that if they can't safely manage the crowd.
