We really had a great time at the show. Everything was wonderful. Can't wait until next year.
Amateur production. Characters seemed unprepared and unrehearsed. Theater props were lacking. What little creativity there was - was forced. I was expecting more for ticket price. I have seen better performances from local high school productions.
No live singing just lip syncing with the original movie shown on top on 3 screens. Many of the actors did not matched the original characters it ruined my image of the movie I loved. Definitely do not recommend
Awesome show. From meet and greet to exit About 5 hrs. Well worth the money. Great show, great cast. They were interactive with the audience, fun, and just over all Awesome. Never been to this show. They definitely showed us why it's been the longest running movie/ play around.
When we got to our seats their were other people in them. When we got security to come over they had same seats we had, so two of our party had no seats. I believe they should refund me two of seats very disappointed in that my daughter was ready to leave but we stayed and enjoyed, just other couple had no seats.
It was the first time I ever had e-tickets. It worked out fine t. But I still would rather have had physical paper tickets instead. (Which I got later) . . Soundwaves was a nice venue , intimate My friend & I enjoyed it alot . The ticket taker was pleasant. The other staff were helpful. I was impressed . Barry Bostwick was funny and charming . He was great . We saw him once before . The movie screen was big enough to enjoy . And the shadowcast- Transylvanian Nipple Productions made the night even more fun !!
Saw this for Halloween. The movie...plus a shadow cast performing before/during/after and with audience participation. TIckets were $39 and some we paid een more for the get better seats. Honestly, the shadow cast was really bad, many not even knowing the words to many songs, and not looking the parts, not acting decently either, even though many were dressed for it. The transexual lead was not good, and some audience members more closely resembled the moiei cast than the actors hired here to dance and sing along. The producer of this show could have done a much better job, but did not.....and it showed. The movie itself is iconic, but the show as a whole was just very fair and disappointing. Definitely not worth the money we paid for 10 seats for family and friends. We would gamble it away next time if this was the only entertainment choice for Halloween.
Disappointed in the lack of audience participation but that isn't the show's fault. Also, the bogus $5 prop bags that were sold (confetti, a cheap non-noise maker, a toilet paper empty roll with 2 sheets attached, a cheap plastic glove that doesn't snap, and picture of a piece of toast) were cheesy and again not the fault of the show, I guess it was the rules of the venue. Now to review the show, some of the actors were good, Frankenfurter, Magenta, Columbia but some of the others were not very good and seemed unsure of themselves with the person playing Dr. Scott being the worst. Overall a fun time but not what I had hoped for, being a veteran of the show.
It was a great experience. The players were interactive with the audience sometimes it was hard to keep track of them. Dr. Franknfurter was Fabulous. The audience was fabulous
