Railroad Earth Tickets

Got tickets for what was advertised as an outdoor show. The venue moved it inside at the last minute with almost no notice and absolutely no explanation for doing so and they also changed the start time. Got there at the original time that doors were to supposed to open and the first band had already started. So missed seeing a bunch of music I paid for. The indoors was totally packed and extremely hot and very uncomfortable. The only place to stand outside to try and get some air was the small deck where people were smoking. The venue only had a small speaker to try and listen to what was happening inside and a tv monitor that was smaller than ones you see in a lot of restaurant bathrooms! There were a lot of outdoor bathrooms set up to be used for the outdoor show but the majority of them were closed. Just a very bad experience from start to finish. Don’t see myself ever going to this venue again. Sad.

The bands put on a wonderful show but we were extremely disappointed with the Stone Pony venue. We purchased tickets several months in advance to see this show at their outdoor summer stage but at the last minute they moved the show indoors. They did offer a refund but we already had lodging plans that could not be canceled. It was very crowded inside and not at all the type of experience that we were looking for (paid for). The weather was beautiful so we definitely could have been outside, it felt like they moved it just to maximize profit and not the experience of their patrons. I would definitely recommend staying far away from the Stone Pony, they are not what they used to be.

It is always fun to see great artists in a small venue. Railroad Earth came ready to play. The crowd were all enthralled. The new Vogel is the perfect venue to allow people to fully enjoy a performance, dancing to the music. The mandolin player was inspired and the banjo/slide/guitar player was oozing talent. A terrific evening.

Have heard of Railroad Earth for years, but never seen them live. XL Live was a nice venue to see them,easy to find, good parking, decent venue to see a band. Friendly crowd. Bought a CD so I'll be ready next time I see them , by learning their songs.

Really enjoyed seeing these guys live. Bought a CD so next time I go to see them I will know some of their songs. Crowd was friendly and mellow, good sign of who the band is by the crowd they draw.

It's hard to put these experiences in words. Railroad Earth always gives you their best every time they're on stage. The crowd, the music and the lighting all combined for an unforgettable show. The Jefferson is the perfect venue. We sat in the balcony for the first time. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We had the perfect view of everything on stage. A couple got engaged in the middle of the show and Railroad Earth got to play along during the proposal. Can't wait to catch them again somewhere down the line.

The band was great! I wish you would sell bottled water. The free water was over chlorinated and was undrinkable.

Welcoming venue, filled with decades of Rock posters, welcoming staff, lots of space & joyful crowd! Music was superb! Opening act, Holly Bowling, blew us all away. Her playing, was that of an entire orchestra! Loved opener, Franklin's Tower. Tim Carbone & every member of RRE, just shown! Hard to see new bass player, as I was in ADD section. Band merch sold by Fillmore employee; purchased the tour poster, not the yellow muddy colored shirts, then artist Aaron Webb walked in with his new RRE Batik shirts; absolutely excellent! Railroad lantern design=epic! Every song was sparkling & the encore was a surprise to me, a favorite, Catfish John. What a wonderful night, I look forward to more Railroad Earth concerts!

Gotta love venues that accept cash for drinks and merch! and dont treat you like a guilty criminal as you walk in! Unlike Dodger stadium concerts, So Fi, Youtube theater ect.
