Punk in Drublic Tickets

Getting in was easy, wish we could’ve brought a backpack (search it) with some basic necessities for an event that was almost twelve hours long. We waited in line for food for 2.5 hours. Food and beverage choices were extremely limited considering the high volume of people. There was no shade at all from the sun. There was absolutely ZERO benches or seating available to rest. People were sitting on the pavement to eat their food. Washrooms ran out of toilet paper and water to wash hands very quickly. The grounds were an absolute mess with trash, and garbage cans were hard to find. The handicap area had no shade or seating for caretakers and chairs were not permitted. At $130 per ticket, some of these basic human necessities should’ve been provided. Also heard that VIP tickets were promised food and never got any. Was horribly organized.

If you still have a chance to check out any of the Punk in Drublic shows, before NOFX retires. DO it!! SO increbible. All of the performers are really nailing it, and NOFX is certainly heading out with a BANG. Loved every single aspect of the Punk in Drublic 2 days I did in Edmonton. They have come along way since these shows first began...

Amazing show, only complaint is the price of beer was ridiculous.

The venue was basically a parking lot, guests roasted between the hot sun and the baked asphalt. Guests weren't allowed to leave and return, forcing us to remain there all day, with nowhere to sit. Groups of people were forced to sit on the hot, dirty ground. Beer was obviously grossly over-priced. The line-ups for food were too long to bother, so we went without eating. It was so hot but there were no measures against this, no shade, no sprinklers or misters to cool off. There was free water, but when you purchased a water bottle there, they kept the lid so you couldn't refill it and close it again. The music was awesome. I did have a good time but wouldn't do it again because of the venue alone. It was so unaccommodating and uncomfortable.

Was a wicked show. Would have rather had it in a park with grass and trees. The concrete parking lot was to hot

The VIP area definitely should have had some shade. And there should’ve also been a place to sit and eat your food you bought from a vendor. 8-9 hrs is a long time to be on your feet out in the hot sun.

I paid a lot for our VIP weekend passes. The only good thing about VIP was the washrooms. No free water, no place to sit, no cooling fans. You should take a lesson from Heavy Montreal. They know how to do VIP properly. Thankfully the bands were fantastic!
