Been a Poppy fan since 2016, and this was my first time seeing her live. Even though she wasn’t the main event, I still expected a little more songs to be played. Nonetheless, i was ecstatic to hear her play. I am in love with her vocals
I've been a fan for years, and have been waiting to see her! This was finally the year, for my birthday we saw Poppy with Avenged Sevenfold and absolutely loved it! I don't think it could have been a better performance, every song I wanted to hear, a great stage presence, and fun mix-ups with the songs! I will never be able to listen to Scary Mask again without hearing that soft “ok”!
LOVVVED IT, she was super energetic and interactive I got there early to be close to the stage and I’d definitely pay to see her again!
It was unclear to me that this was primarily a Poppy, and not a PVRIS concert. The event title did not make it clear that PVRIS could perform before Poppy, but rather indicated that Poppy would play before PVRIS. I was disappointed to have missed a part of PVRIS' set.
I saw Poppy live back in 2018, and even then was blown away by how talented and energetic she is on stage. I’ve been a huge fan since and immediately got tickets for this tour. She’s absolutely incredible, her singing, energy, and overall vibe on stage is amazing. I recommend everyone see Poppy live at least once just for the experience.
The hype for this concert was unreal, and Poppy definitely delivered. PVRIS was also really great. Venue was really cool and I definitely hope to return there in the future!
I was able to stay for the entirety of Poppy’s performance. She was great, she hyped up the crowd, gave some solid energy on stage and the crowd was feeling it. I’m sorry to say that I went to this show for the opening act Pvris and for whatever reason I was under the impression that Pvris would be the closing act. This meant that I completely missed the band I bought my ticket to see. Has nothing to do with Poppy, but I truly do wish the tickets had been more accurate in telling me how the show was going to go. I haven’t been to many shows where the two acts are around the same calibur in terms of popularity, so maybe it’s my own fault for not looking into it beforehand. But regardless, I was devastated to find out that I showed up just in time to watch them clear the stage of Pvris’ set and begin prepping for Poppy. I feel like such an idiot, but again, there was nothing on the ticket OR Ticketmaster’s website that informed me who was performing first and who was closing. I feel like this is something that should have been made very clear to all those who bought tickets to attend. I still look at the ticket and have to tell myself ‘how were we supposed to know?’ It’s a shame I’m not a fan of Poppy, so this sort of ruined my entire weekend. Again, no fault to Poppy whatsoever and no illwill towards her. Just wish it was clear on all avenues who would be performing when so that this could have been avoided.
Pvris and poppy both totally crushed. Best show of the year hands down. History is an amazing venue as well
i’ve been a fan of poppy for years and have seen her evolution through her music style from pop to metal. i can happily say that getting tickets to this show was my best decision. It was interactive, and I had so much fun. i made so many friends with the people surrounding me in the pit and we had an amazing time. we were dancing and screaming and singing non stop and her stage presence was amazing. one of the best nights of my life you won’t regret it !!!
