Had a great time at the Paul Mercurio Valentines Day Show in Philadelphia. Loved the way he interacted with the crowd and he was hilarious. Looking forward to seeing him again.
Our first time seeing Paul Mecurio's standup act. Absolutely fabulous. Much of his act relies on interaction with audience members, and he does so with great sensitivity and humor. Everyone has a story to tell, and Paul has a way of bringing our unique personalities to life. Sold out crowd had a blast!
Paul is an absolute genius. It shows by his immediate responses and wit while performing his set. I want to see him again because you know his act changes with the different audience members. I was lucky enough to be called on stage and it was a hilarious unforgettable experience for myself and my wife and friends. Be ready to laugh hard and often.
This was our first time seeing this comedian. He was entertaining and interactive with the audience. We laughed the entire show. Definitely recommend seeing him.
Paul Mecurio was very funny last Saturday at the new room in the Hard Rock Resort. He uses a great mix of audience participation and prepared material. It was very entertaining. The room itself is a great setting for a comedy act. Unfortunately, the food menu leaves alot to be desired. There were about 5 things on the menu. All full of wheat ( i am gluten sensitive) they can do much better. This did not take away from the fun of the show.
Had a great time at the show. Hard rock is a beautiful place.
The club was nice and new. Service slow but thoughtful. The ham and cheese sandwich was heavy on ham, lighter on cheese but sadly, the thick cold bread overwhelmed them both. The warm-up comedians act was funny but filled with profanity. The mainliner was neither. True it was a relief not to hear fbombs thrown out every few minutes but he relied too heavily on audience rifts which were only marginally funny. The few jokes he did tell were mediocre at best with a few bordering on being racially offensive. Would not recommend this show nor go a second time. Much of the audience tuned out so I suspect they feel the same.
We see Paul Mecurio whenever he's in town. His style involving the audience always entertains. Paul has an uncanny ability to find audience members who fit right into his comedic approach. He hysterically ties together seemingly unrelated stories.
Very entertaining show. It was spontaneous and enjoyable!
