I would have liked for them to announce the song at the beginning or end because some of the songs, I couldn’t tell what they were. It was a really nice experience though. I enjoyed the songs I knew.

by Fab urban smooth jazz concert!!! on 9/30/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - MemphisGreat show seeing a sold out performance with young people vibing on urban jazz, I'm 65, the Smooth Angel (smooth jazz) is my radio personality handle. It was exhilarating... it's all about great musicians, cool selections and the sing-along. They featured top 90's tunes. Only thing, the intermission was a tad too long, seemed like at least 30 minutes... I'm a slave to the beat and the DJ was crunk... I appreciated not hearing profanity laced music, the rap was bleeped... we couldn't sit down. We were dancing at our seats, all up and down the aisles... full sweat party! The non-stop dance crowd never sat down, we were exhausted when Orchestra Noir returned for the 2nd half. About 20 minutes in people began leaving... we were tired from dancing... made my left knee hurt (lol)! Glad I stayed, 2nd half was just as good, really great show!!!
