Northlight Theatre Presents The Flying Lovers of Vitebsk Tickets

The performances were pitch perfect, the story and music told a beautiful story and the staging evoked Chagall’s paintings. A great theatre to see any show!

One of the most creative productions my wife and I have seen in years. The choreography, acting, staging, and especially the singing and acting of the two leads were worthy of the finest New York and London shows. Kudos to Northlight for bringing us this gem!

Joyful is a word one wishes to use more often in describing a theatre experience one hopes will be described in that way. This perfect production is just that -- joyful. Extraordinary writing, directing, lighting, acting, & excellent music.

So VERY interesting. Love and admire and understand Marc Chagall even more than I did before seeing this performance. Music and voices absolutely beautiful. His paintings have more relevance to me now. Thank you Thank you

This play was boring and not engaging in any way from start to finish. The best thing about it were the two actors/musicians who played live on stage. If this had had two acts, I would have left at the intermission. Skip this North Light Production. I've like other plays they've put on much better. I don't recommend wasting your time or money on this one.

One of the most astonishing pieces of theater I have ever seen! A beautiful story blended together with operatic voices, amazing choreography, and ballet, terrific musicians, and excellent storytellers. Emma Rosenthal couldn’t have been more exquisite. Jack Cahill-Lemme has a gorgeous voice and the chemistry between these two actors was heartbreakingly real. Elizabeth Margolius’ direction and choreography were impeccable, and the entire production was beautifully designed and executed. Bravo to all. And thank you.

While the cast was exceptionally talented, the story telling left out key parts of Chagall’s life, the set lacked any of the gorgeous color palette Chagall was known for. I learned more from the program. Left feeling no joy. Maybe just too artsy for me. The lack of reviews is telling.

The cast did well with the material they were given. They had good voices. But the material itself was lackluster to the point of being dull. I could hardly wait for the 80 minutes to end
