Milwaukee Bucks History
On January 22, 1968, the National Basketball Association awarded a Milwaukee-based franchise to Milwaukee Professional Sports and Services, Inc., a group of investors headed by Wesley D. Pavalon and Marvin L. Fishman. The Bucks struggled through their first season, but immediately turned that around following the selection of Lew Alcindor (who would later go by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) at No. 1 overall in the 1969 NBA Draft. In his second season, Alcindor won the NBA MVP and led the Bucks as they steamrolled through the playoffs. They swept the Baltimore Bullets in the NBA Finals, giving the Bucks a championship in just their third year of existence.
The Bucks were a powerhouse team for the first half of the 1970s, led by Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson. After the departure of Abdul-Jabbar to the Los Angeles Lakers in 1975, the team was in a transition period until head coach Don Nelson came aboard in November 1976. The 1980s saw much success for the Bucks team with the additions of Sidney Moncrief in 1979 and Bob Lanier in 1980. Nelson won NBA Coach of the Year twice during his 11-year tenure with the Bucks while leading the team to seven division titles.
The Bucks struggled throughout the 1990s and 2000s, but the 2010s brought the Bucks to its modern era and coined the start of the iconic "Fear the Deer'' phrase after a playoff win over the Chicago Bulls in 2010. In the 2013 NBA Draft, the Bucks selected Giannis Antetokounmpo as the 15th overall pick and acquired Khris Middleton from the Detroit Pistons. April 16, 2014 marked the beginning of a new era for the NBA franchise, as ownership was transferred to a new group headed by entrepreneurs Marc Lasry and Wes Edens.?
In the 2020–21 season, led by Antetokounmpo, the Bucks capped off a historic year by defeating the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Finals in 6 games to become NBA Champions for the second time in franchise history.

Took my daughter to her 1st Bucks game and it was amazing. Thanks so much for bringing a huge smile to her face as she is going through a very difficult time right now.
My very first to be in a place like this it was beautiful and amazing its a best experience ive ever had
Seat was a bit cramped. I have long legs, and couldn't really stretch out. I wasn't as close as I thought I would be, but it was still an awesome view. Entry was a breeze. Had some confusion with other ticket holders who bought tickets around my 1 seat. Please arrange seats accordingly so solo attendees aren't inconvenienced.
An always watching the Bucks play is wonderful. It is made even better by the great attitude of the Fiserv employees. As I use a mobility scooter how people react to dealing with me matters as so many places do not do it well. Every interaction at the Fiserv was a pleasure from the woman who opened the door when we arrived, to the offers of escort assistance if I needed it, to the woman who put a double cup on my drink for strength and then brought it around the counter for me. They truly make it a terrific experience.
I really enjoyed attending the game! The seats were reasonably priced with a great view. I also like the option to order from seats and just pick up instead of waiting in long lines. I would definitely come back. FYI, drove in from Arlington heights.
The Bucks provide the best NBA experience and Ticketmaster provided an excellent process for purchasing tickets!
The bucks games are always a great time. The team this year was great and fun to watch. Tickets for this event are affordable and totally worth it.
What an amazing way to end the season! The game was close the whole time. There was even overtime. A nail biter that ended the Bucks 22-23 season. They played their hearts and souls out!
It was a great game and atmosphere. Lots of fun. Great venue to watch a game.
Not a bad seat in the house. All the amenities you need
Go Bucks! Let's all go home winners! With that in mind, nothing creates a majority of losers than those lame t-shirt promotions all game. Hand them to everyone or don't make people bark like trained seals looking for a sardine.
Had a fun time. We had seats on the second level but still had a good view of the court. Bucks win. Was nice to see Giannis, Middleton, & holiday play.
What a fabulous night!!!!! (But there hasn’t been a Bucks game I haven’t loved!!!!) So much fun to see all of the players and their families! Great entertainment - never a dull moment!
I enjoyed the view, seats were great. Concessions food was decent.
Our first time in Milwaukee did not disappoint; especially game night at the Fiserv Forum. Great organization, great customer service, great experience overall.
We r both huge bucks fans so swing it in person for the first time was a great experience for me and my dad. Was most excited to find out that they did such a amazing job with the autism awareness cause I have a autistic son was great to find out that they r reaching out to have sensory rooms for autistic kids.
It’s a nice venue but everything is just expressive don’t think I’ll be there again.
Milwaukee Bucks versus San Antonio Spurs March 22nd 2023. Awesome atmosphere during game lot of free giveways All seating able to see event clear.Easy access to restrooms And able to provide a event for all ages that can be enjoyed. Let's capture that NBA championship??again. GO BUCKS!
When we first arrived, a security guard gave us a two minute lecture/rant on how “we were making things complicated”. We simply were taking our phones and keys out of bags, like we were asked. The rest of the staff we encountered were mostly pleasant! My biggest issue was finding our seats. After showing three different people working there our tickets, they took us to the wrong section (three times). We weren’t able to get to our seats until 20 minutes into the game. Eventually another patron was able to point us in the right direction to our actual seats.
Fantastic game, beautiful stadium, friendly staff, clean space and great atmosphere!! One of my fav places to be!! Go bucks!!!
