Megadeth are a thrash metal band from Los Angeles. Formed in 1983 by guitarist Dave Mustaine, Megadeth have sold over 50 million records worldwide across 16 studio albums, received 13 Grammy nominations with one win and have been recognized as a member of the “Big Four” bands credited with establishing the American thrash metal genre along with Anthrax, Metallica and Slayer. Following the group’s 1985 debut Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!, Megadeth released five consecutive platinum albums including 1992’s Countdown to Extinction, which hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 behind their Hot 100-charting single “Symphony of Destruction.” The group hit their highest chart placements since 1994’s Youthanasia with 2016’s Dystopia and 2022’s The Sick, The Dying... And The Dead!, which both debuted at No. 3 while the former’s title track netted Megadeth their first Grammy for Best Metal Performance.??

Megadeth sounded so much better than the first two bands that it was like being teleported to a different venue. Mudvayne and ATR had very poor and muddy live sound, but these issues went away when the closer came on set. There was an hour delay for opening doors that went unexplained, which was annoying but not the worst. They handled the line well once things got moving.
We got to the venue at 6.00, venue opened at 5.30. We stood in the line that wrapped around the building. This would all have been fine but we missed the opening act that started promptly at 6.30. I don’t believe the venue was staffed properly or they weren’t prepared for all of their guests. The line outside was wrapped all the way around the building. Once we got around to the front, near the entrance, the line ended up blocking the busses as they were leaving. The venues response was to send us up the stairs to the end of what looked like the smoking section, and back down the stairs. One of the staff said the police were upset we were blocking the bus traffic so they had to move us. I understood the logic, move the people out of the way from the buses but it was just a mess. We did go through metal detectors but no one was checking any bags. They needed better plan? Or it was raining so maybe that gave the venue some problems? I’m not sure. Mudvayne was amazing! If we would have missed them I would have lost it. Honestly they were the reason we bought tickets. The sound was good. The seats were good. The drinks were good. The staff we did see was kind. All in all it was a good experience.
Megadeth is one of my favorite bands and I was very fortunate to see them
The venue was A DISASTER! Concert was supposed to start at 630. There were lines to get in all over the place. One went through the bus barn. Nobody knew what was happening. Once inside, all was great. Typical concert. Entry was the worst experience I have ever had.

Dave is god, one of the better Megadeth shows we've seen, sound was great, song selection was perfect! Plus you get Mudvayne also, Chad and the boys were also fantastic!
Looking forward to another show at the same place glad somebody scheduled this event don't think it was a part of the original tour i think it was added later
Megadeth delivers as usual. Have loved this band since I first heard them as a teenager in the 80’s. They sounded amazing. Hope to see them again.
Megadeth was fantastic tonight. Maybe the best I have heard them. This band has not lost their edge with time. Stay angry my friends.
