MARKUS SCHULZ IN CONCERT:
DJ/producer Markus Schulz has been blowing audiences away with dance-heavy sets at his electrifying live shows for nearly 25 years. He mixes operatic pieces, cinematic elements, bright synths, and pulsing rhythms to create an EDM sound that’s entirely his own. Performing for massive crowds, Schulz is a master at building anticipation before dropping sick beats and vocal loops that drive fans into a frenzy. On his can't-miss tours, the famed European performer moves from originals like "Remember This" to remixes of KhoMha and Tempo Giusto with precision and ease while commanding the decks among stimulating audiovisuals. Fans of all-night revelry take note: it’s always an experience to remember whenever Markus Shulz takes the stage.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Germany, Markus Schulz's interest in producing began after his family moved to the United States when he was 13. He became enthralled with the breakdance and house music scene and started experimenting with synths and beats in the early '90s. The producer made his debut with 1994's Plastik Trax EP Vol. 1, which generated significant buzz around his fresh EDM sounds. He continued to release singles throughout the late '90s and early '00s before coming out with his 2005 full-length Without You Near, which helped earn him an international fanbase. Since making his debut he's produced four more acclaimed albums, collaborated with famous DJ Armin van Buuren, remixed major artists like Madonna and Jewel, and earned his first No. 1's on the Billboard Club chart in 2003 for the tracks "Intuition" and "Stand".? Schulz has played for hundreds of thousands of people at festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, Creamfields, Ultra Music Festival, and he’s headlined several arena shows of his own around the world. One thing’s for certain – he knows how to put on a good time and deliver high-octane sets for lucky ticket buyers whenever he takes the stage.

Always a good live sound. He plays the dance beats, old and new. Was easy to find parking in front of Soundcheck (luckily).
I purchased tickets for Markus Schulz months ago. The show was ok. It not what I was expecting, in that I do not feel like I was taken on a journey. The beats were very fast and very very high energy. There were no low points, no wave to ride, no adventure. Also, there were not really any vocals. Some vocals mixed in here and there would have aided in the experience. Over not bad but not what I was expecting. Finally, the cost of drinks was not worth the value at the event. Overpriced and very small sizes.
Markus Shultz is already amazing but combined with this Venue it made it one of the greatest music experiences I have ever been too. The staff was very helpful and professional. The crowd was a good scene. There wasn’t anything negative to say.
The whole venue and show was great, it was my 1st time seeing a show there, and it definitely wont be the last. My friend lost her phone jumping around, and it was turned in at the bar, and got it the next morning, thanks to all. Until next time!
The sound was superb the DJ was amazing the place was great but the drinks were horrible a simple jack and ginger was so water down you couldn't even taste the jack it was not cool
Soundcheck should stop admitting under 21 for show headliners like M. Schulz. There was a group right in the front center of KIDS under 21 just ruining the show for everyone else flanking them trying to enjoy Markus's killer set. Spraying water, shoving, stepping on people & dropping drinks on everyone around them
We had a blast! Enjoyed it from the beginning till the end. Great energy all the way. Markus Schulz! Great job!
First of all, the atmosphere was super chill!! The light show to go along with the music was amazing. Each DJ from Menno De Jong to Andrew Bayer and Ilon Bluestone played incredible music, each just keeping the vibe going and everyone seemed to be free and enjoying life!! =]
Great crowd with great music. I will absolutely be attending next year, and hopefully for years to come!
