by SteveP on 10/14/23Antone's Nightclub - AustinWe really enjoyed this concert in Austin TX. Malinda, of course was fantastic, she has such a beautiful voice and what an amazing talent!. From the very start she interacted with the audience and got them involved in almost every piece. What also blew me away was the talent of her band members that accompanied her! The guitar and fiddle players were excellent! She really performed and excellent array of musical genres, that kept the audience totally engaged. I had only seen her perform on You tube or Facebook before, so I was expecting a concert with only her doing acapella Celtic songs, but I was very pleased to see such a wide variety of music being performed. Excellent job!

The venue was not quite sold out so there was room on the General Admission floor for people to move around and get right up to the stage of dance to the music. Malinda performed some Celtic classics and a number of songs from her new album. I also had the VIP ticket so I got a chance for a Meet & Greet before the show.
