The primary local Box Office is located at the Maine Savings Amphitheater & is located next to the main gate on Railroad Street by the railroad tracks. Off-Season Box Office Hours are: 10AM - 6PM during On Sale days only. The Box Office will be open for ticket sales and Will Call pick-up on show days beginning two hours prior to event door time.

Will call window is only open at the Maine Savings Amphitheater prior to gates opening on the day of the event. You can pick up your will call tickets at the box office after 3PM on the day of the show. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER/ATTENDEE NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away.

General parking is available in the Pickering Square Parking Garage and in several other locations around downtown Bangor. Handicap parking will be available on Front Street.

Accessible seating is available.

No Lawn Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, alcohol or outside food or beverages. Food & Beverages will be available inside the venue at shows and a 21+ beer tent will be available at the event. - No, re-entry, & No smoking.
