Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater
Laurel Canyon is truly one of the BEST shows I have ever seen….my first at the Vogel theatre. Loved the story behind each song….amazing set of music….musicians and singers were soooooo good! Hoping they come back next year!
Four of us went. The show was well done and extremely nostalgic. Our only complaint was that some of the songs were passionless. Light Me Fire was very disappointing. However, we would do it again.
The venue and staff were great, and that’s consistent (have been to many events here). The performance was also excellent, and I found myself wanting more “storytelling” at times. The only minor detractor was bringing a local performer on stage when I really would have rather heard vocals from the cast.
Live from Laurel Canyon was fun, nostalgic and informative. We really enjoyed the evening. My only request would be that they play more than one song of each artist. But then maybe it would be too long of a show. I guess what I’m trying to say is we left wanting more. Thanks for a trip down memory lane.

THE BEST CONCERT WE'VE BEEN TO IN YEARS! If the 60's thru the 70's were your time you have to catch this show! So well done, informative, & ENTERTAINING!
A room full of old folks that seemed like they were 21 again. Excellent show. Only 2 detractors. The female singer should not try to do Joni Mitchell and the band should not do 10 minutes of instrumentals after Hotel California.
This group of very talented musicians combined pictures and stories and songs to create a wonderful musical walk through the past !
Wonderful, very entertaining, lots of history! Wish it could have been even longer. Made me wanting to hear more music and history. Took my husband for early birthday present and Mother's Day gift to me. Great choice!
Wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Classic folk rock done well. The narrative which ensued before the songs exposing all the back stories was a nice touch. The content was awesome and the group performed the music flawlessly. I will watch for them.
