Karlous Miller On Tour
Karlous Miller likes to keep it wild. Thanks to the comic's unlimited energy, sly wit, and frank take on relationships, family, music, and anything else that gets him fired up, he's become one of the most boisterous and unpredictable talents on the comedy scene.
Along with greats like Redd Foxx, Bernie Mac, Richard Pryor, Cedric the Entertainer, and Eddie Murphy, the Mississippi native credits his large, blended family as a major influence on his edgy sensibility. His experiences growing up in Oxford with a house full of siblings also gave him the drive and confidence to shift out of his early career as a firefighter, moving to Atlanta in 2005 to pursue his show-business ambitions.
Miller's early success on the live circuit soon led to television appearances on Robert Townsend's influential showcase Partners in Crime: The Next Generation, The Mo'Nique Show, and Hell Date. He was also a semifinalist on Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes?, the comedy competition on TV One that included breakout spots by Tiffany Haddish and George Willborn. In 2014, he earned raves from Russell Peters, Keenan Wayans, and Roseanne Barr while making it to the semifinals on Last Comic Standing.
Miller found his widest audience yet when he became a cast member on MTV2's Wild ‘N Out, the sketch and improv show created and hosted by Nick Cannon. Miller earned a reputation as one of the cast's edgiest and most versatile performers. Clips of his many rap battles, musical games, and comedy face-offs with his regular partner Chico Bean have racked up millions of views on YouTube.
In between TV appearances, Miller has continued to be much in demand in comedy clubs and venues both in the U.S. and internationally. He's also become a favorite of some of the biggest stars of hip hop and R&B, working with musicians like Jermaine Dupri, Case, T.I., Gucci Mane, and Grandaddy Souf. And just as with those friends and collaborators, anything can happen when Karlous Miller is on the mike.
The whole show was amazing. The venue was also amazing. I will return for another event.
Loved everything about the show from start to finish, I laughed all night long, wish it could have went on a little while longer, and can't wait until the next show!!!
Karlous brought it again. his improvisational skills are amazing. Nick Cannon should be proud
I enjoyed myself at the comedy show. I was celebrating my birthday. The DJ had me dancing in my seat. The other comedians were entertaining as well.
So funny! Mt guy and I are still laughing and referencing some of them! I see the rest of the crew are coming to the Lou in April. Gonna purchase my tickets now
The entire show was great from the venue to the comedians
The venue is awesome, but Ive seen funnier from those guys. Karlous and Clayton were great, but Navv and that host could’ve done better. Nav had recycled jokes and the host didn’t seem like he was prepared.
Floor seats wurr comfortable and wide more then enough leg room and arm room. Drinks wurr on point, staff had good vibes and energy through the entire process.
First time going to an actual comedy show and I enjoyed it! It was only a couple hours long but it was worth it. The line for entry was long when got there but it moved pretty fast. Overall great experience wouldn’t mind seeing him and the ones that came with him again
Excellent show! Nonstop laughter from beginning to end. Karlous Miller is now one of my favorite comedians!!
