by Lisl on 11/4/23Lincoln Theatre - WashingtonI was already a John Hodgman fan but somehow hadn't known about the podcast- loved every minute of it including the more serious musical interludes. I will be listening to older podcasts for years to come! And the Lincoln is a really neat venue with fascinating history and easy access to metro.

by RJJ on 10/18/23Majestic Theatre - MadisonThe show was great and everything I expected. The staff was kind and professional. Problem: why book this venue?! Sitting in a folding chair, literally jammed up side by side with no room to move was incredibly uncomfortable. The venue is fit for small bands to play so people can stand and dance. Plopping folding chairs out and jamming them in is a joke. Of course the show sold out; there were way too few seats. I am embarrassed to see in my Instagram feed, the great venues Hodgeman appeared at in other cities. It makes Madison look like a garbage city. I love historic venues, but book venues that fit the show!
