Will Call is located at entrance of John Cropp Stadium. A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Tickets will only be released to the designated account holder or individual listed on the order.

Parking is available beginning 2 hours prior to first pitch in the lots adjacent to John Cropp Stadium. Parking is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and free of charge. A variety of ADA seating options are available. Patrons requiring accessible seating should call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 if online seating is sold out.
