Jeff Garlin Tickets

We loved the show. It was so refreshing to see a performer just get up and entertain. It was so different from typical comedy shows that are slick and polished and that you know the performer has done a hundred times before. It felt like sitting in Jeff's living room while he told personal, amusing and entertaining stories. He even spent time to take questions from the audience at the end. Definitely a one of a kind experience!

Not very good. Everything was disjointed. Could not remember the story he was telling. Not bery funny

Jeff had no material prepared and jumped from topic to topic disjointedly. He kept losing track of the points he wanted to make and the stories he started to tell but didn’t finish. It was only in the last 20 minutes of the 90 minute show did he tell stories about Curb. We were very disappointed in the show as we are (were) big fans of Jeff.??

Not very funny. Seemed to be unprepared for the show. People started walking out during the performance.

Jeff Garlin knows how to deliver a line, which works well on television, but he is too old and too ADHD to be working in standup. I actually felt sorry for him. He looks great and has so much to be proud of, but it's time to give up this difficult profession.

Jeff was just ok. He seemed to be losing his train of thought. He would start telling a story, jump to something else. I was slightly disappointed.

We had high hopes for this Jeff Garlin stand-up comedy show. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed. Mr. Garlin rambled on with no point or humor, constantly interrupted himself by going off an a tangent, never getting to a punchline, and ultimately forgetting what he was talking about originally. He also had several lulls in his act where he seemed to be deciding what to talk about next, resulting in awkward and uncomfortable silences throughout the show. We've seen many comedians in the past and have never walked out of a show before. We kept hoping this show would get better, but after almost an hour of maybe one laugh or two in that time, we gave up and walked out.

I CAME IN WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS BECAUSE I HAVE LOVED WATCHING JEFF GARLAND IN CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM AND THE GOLDBERGS. HE WAS EVEN FUNNIER AND MORE ENTERTAINING THAN I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR!!! HIS DELIVERY, AND CROWD INTERACTION WERE PRICELESS!! HE SHOULD DO ONE MORE SERIES, BUT BE THE MAIN CHARACTER, SO WE GET TO SEE MORE OF HIS DYNAMIC TALENT!! I HOPE HE COMES BACK SOON!!

He basically walked on and tried to wing it and failed. He had nothing prepared so he kept losing his train of thought. Some of the stories were mildly interesting but nothing was really funny. Combine that with the fact that the theater was about 100 degrees and we left early.

Jeff is a barrel of fun. I think he enjoyed the crowd as much as we did him, with the venue very close to his childhood home. Many in the crowd were friends, family, etc. and I think this really made Jeff comfortable. The interplay with the audience especially in the Q&A section was a very fun time. Last year when I saw him at Zanies's, he was more introspective and had been dealing with some personal issues.
