96 Oz. Of Beer Metal
by Chickie on 3/22/22Irving Plaza - New YorkPBR 24 Oz. Metal Beer cans filled my palette during this Extreme Black Metal night. Brooklyn’s Black Anvil led this Black Metal onslaught with songs from their “As Was” album. Washington State’s Mortician was next with their heavy riffs and drum percussion. Demolition Hammer was next with their two lead guitarists James Reilly and Derek Sykes with lead singer & bass player Steve Reynolds. Demolition Hammer led their Epidemic Of Violence show with “Skull Fracturing Nightmare.” Demolition Hammer continued with songs from their “Tortured Existence” album. Generation Records has the cassette for Demolition Hammer “Tortured Existence.” Irving Plaza now packed with beer guzzling fans continued cheering throughout the Demolition Hammer show. Now, Dan Lilker (Brutal Truth, Anthrax and Storm Troopers Of Death) introduced Immolation from Yonkers. Immolation played songs from their new “Acts Of God” album. Immolation and drummer Steve Shalaty pummeled their way throughout the set with songs from “Kingdom Of Conspiracy.”
