If you’re into ego and unprofessionalism this band is for u. The worst group ever, it’s a shame rizzo rejoined because out of all of them he’s actually much more talented. Saw these guys at Rockville, worst part of the song, I didn’t even bother to stay. My girl friends and i wanted to say hello to the band, and get a poster signed for my little brother who’s a big fan and they completely disregarded us. Very rude members.
First time seeing the band. Knew only one of their songs. They put on a great show and totally won me and my crew over as new fans!
AWESOME SHOW! Energy was high and the band was playing well. Short set of only 1hour and 5minutes and had to wait through 6 later bands to get to ill ni?o, but that's how it goes these days. It was worth it in the end. If they would only playoff in NYC or the tristate area that would be great. For being a home town band, it's not enough.
Had a great time at an awesome venue. Unfortunate that some acts went over their allotted time forcing others to cut their performances short. Sunflower Dead stole the show. The combo of their musical sound and the voice of the lead singer was awesome. Enjoyed all of their set! Ill Ni?o was awesome too full of energy.
Awesome show..didn't realize there would be so many opening acts but was a good show overall. My recommendation would be to come a couple hours after the start time if u only plan on seeing Ill Nino. If u support local music an up-coming bands, then be my guest at getting there more around the start time on the ticket.
i had personally been waiting for ill nino to come to town for about two years now, so when the tickets went on sale, i jumped on it quick! the only thing i could've asked for is that they played more songs. i'm guessing due to attendance [there werent that many people, but enough to have a good time], they cut the setlist short. it was a great time, all the fans were amazing and the atmosphere was great! cant wait to go again.
I was uncertain whether or not Ill Ni?o was going to be playing with a couple of other bands or not, but it turned out they did, and I had the great pleasure of hearing Force of Habit, Fashion Bomb, Ekotren, and Anew Revolution as well. All of these bands played their hearts out and put on one hell of a show for a considerably small audience. All of the band members from each band (excluding Ill) hung out afterwards to talk with fans and chill out. Great music, great guys, and just one headbanging of a time. There is only one thing I was saddened about and that was that Ill Ni?o cut their set REALLY short for reasons unknown. They played about 7 songs and called it a night. My main guesses as to why are either a) the crowd wasn't too hyped (seriously I felt like there were 20 people around me who didn't put much of hype into it) or b) Cristians vox were just wiped, but I lean more towards the former. Either way they put on one hell of a show. I would mos def recommend this event!
The show was absolutely fantastic! all the bands did a great job and Ill Nino had TONS of energy. their set did get cut short though. im not sure if it was the amount of openers that dragged into their time, but the headlining band should NEVER be cut short. I dont blame the band, i blame The Masquerade for timing issues. Very cool venue though.
