This was a lot of fun this year because my sons idol, Tom Kenny, was in the house. He was great. The Comicon staff was also great. Had some issues with the pre-bought tickets but got those figured out. When the lines began to get longer and longer, they jumped in for solutions. Here’s where the improvements should be. As you did for the Tom Kenny line, you should have a designated line area for the food areas. That got congested and caused traffic issues. Also, while you had accommodations for physical disabilities in the rules, there was nothing for neurological disabilities. For some, a 2+ hour wait in a very congested line can be troublesome. If you can think of a way to accommodate people with autism without making it look like a VIP, that would be great. One of our group was very close to leaving before getting a signature until we talked with a couple of Con workers that did help us. (We also had a pregnant person that was graciously escorted to the bathrooms while her party waited for her and thought that was great and personable) But something official that is in the information section would be greatly valued. Outside of that, the Con was a lot of fun! Keep getting great guests and we’ll be there!
