GEM's concert was a blast and a night to remember. Access to Bill Graham was easy and simple, with multiple ways to arrive or park. The auditorium was easy to navigate. The sound on stage was clear and crisp, and we did not miss a beat of music. The production was high quality, though the show started late. However, the overall performance was amazing!

Best concert ever ! Best band ever ! Really love the drum player ,he is wonderful .

The concert started half an hour late at 8 pm instead of 7:30 pm, but that was due to audience arriving late. The show started off with 2 of her best hits, one in Mandarin and one in Cantonese. She showcased her exceptional vocal range and talented skills by playing the drums, guitar and piano. The grand finale was most memorable with the all audience singing together the last song . Absolute 5-star performance and will definitely go again if she returns to Toronto with this tour.

G.E.M. does not play in the US very often so I was glad to fly up from LA to attend. I have the feeling that a lot of other people in the audience come in from places farther than that. Even though the tickets here are much more than in Asia at least I could buy a ticket. In Asia is probably not possible. But it was definitely worth it to experience all her fans at the concert many who knew all the words to all her songs. Of course, G.E.M. is a true superstar with her talent and personality. Basically, she sang, danced, played and spoke for the 2 hour concert....and when she was not on stage she was changing to 4-5 outfits. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.....

The show was SPECTACTULAR!?? Bill Graham Auditorum was a great venue for this, excellent size and acoustics. It was awesome being able to see one of my favorite Hong Kong artists so close to home. Every time my other two favorites, Joey Yung and Twins, come to the US they only go to Las Vegas or Reno in Dec when it’s hard to get away from work. Getting to see G.E.M. in my home city made this the best night I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve lived in SF.

Very fun, moving night. She is a fantastic and talented live singer. A must see concert.

I was impressed with the acoustics of the Civic Auditorium. I can hear the music and G.E.M.'s voice clearly, even though we are in the balcony. I have seen G.E.M. concert videos on youtube, but nothing beats a live performance. If G.E.M. comes back to the Bay Area again in the future, I would surely go see her again.
