I saw these guys back in 2007 in a tiny venue in Boise Idaho. I swear there were only about 50 people in the room, but it was amazing. They brought so much energy. I'll never forget when everyone was requesting sugar wolf and they said that wasn't on their playlist for the night, but they played it anyways. One of the single greatest performances of a song I've ever seen live.
After a 7 year hiatus, FATA kicked off their reunion tour in Boston. It looked like they used every ounce of their pent-up energy from those 7 years all in that one night. I haven't seen a show where the band members gave it their all like that one. And of course, you can't forget when Francis and the band listened to a fan request for a song that they hadn't practiced in awhile (about 7 years or so), and still killed it. this band is unreal.
