MAG has the greatest staff top to bottom! Friendly and attentive, especially the bar team. They are all great;)

Had a good time. No bad seats in the Garden. Prices of the tickets were expensive.

Great college basketball tournament with enthusiastic fan support. Always nice to see the UCONN Huskies at the Garden with their pep band and cheerleaders.

Great event, amazing venue. Getting in MSG was a breeze. The staff was friendly and the options for food and drink plentiful. Bathrooms were abundant. Can’t ask for anything more Would attend another event at MSG

Everything was great except for signage on the exterior should be more helpful in regard to best entrances and directions to get in the arena

Easy entry, excellent food choices, great seats. Needed elevator assistance on day 2 and it was easy and quick. All employees helpful.

After the purchase there were important and timely notices about how to enter Madison Square Garden and the tickets were easily accessable on the phone and at the gate.

Excellent experience at MSG for the Empire Classic. From the ushers to the concession workers everyone was friendly. We had a patron who hurt their knee and ushers/security worked to get the patron where she needed to be in a timely fashion. Excellent overall experience.

Games were good. Getting in was easy and smooth. Bathrooms were not up to par. Leaving 200 sections down stairs is definitely a concern.

everything was Great, cant wait till Construction is DONE ,like to see some School Merch avail for sale
