I don’t know about his other politics, but I know his position in Israel is spot on and I am very happy. We have someone who’s not Jewish that can speak up for what is right
Douglas Murray in person is just as we find him online and in written form. Consistently observant and unflinching in his analysis and yet, always reserving space for irony and humour within topics that are not easy on the eyes or ears.
Anyone and everyone should grab tickets to his next event before he sells out if you’re able to. He is a brilliant speaker and an honest real amazing journalist and human.
Douglas Murray is inspiring, truth telling and overall brilliant guy. He is loved because he is brave enough to peel back the layers of lies and propaganda. He came across not only as an intellectual but a very warm hearted human.
We love Douglas Murray and he did not disappoint. A brilliant man who gave a compelling presentation. We were heartened to see it was a sellout. The Wiltern is a classic venue and it hasn't changed much over the years. I first went there in 1962. We were not happy with the seating configuration on the main floor. It was folding chairs hooked together which put each attendee in very close contact (too close) with the patron sitting in the next seat. No elbow room at all. That discomfort was overcome by the stage presence of Douglas Murray. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
The conference was fantastic. But the portable chairs at the Wiltern Theatre were very uncomfortable. It was also very difficult to see anything, too bad Murray wasn’t projected on to the screen he used for his video presentation, that would have helped a lot.
Perhaps it’s my own fault because I’m such a big fan of his, but if you’ve watched any of his interviews or appearances over the last year, you’ve already seen it - with the exception of his own footage of his trip to Israel immediately following the October 7th attack. Also, I bought tickets to the meet and greet afterwards, but the show started late and the garage where my car was parked closed at 10 (as do most in that part of DC during the week). I ended not getting to experience what I paid almost $400 for. I had been looking forward to the event for months, and I left really really disappointed.
Douglas Murray is an exceptional human being with moral clarity. His unwavering support for Israel after the horrendous terrorist attack of October 7th, is so commendable and appreciated. I wish him only the best, and continued success!
There is nobody better to listen to than Douglas Murray. It was a fantastic show!!!
