Dead By April are a metalcore band from Gothenburg, Sweden. Formed in 2007, the band’s current lineup consists of Pontus Hjelm (clean vocals/guitar/keyboards), Marcus Wesslén (bass), Marcus Rosell (drums) and Christopher Kristensen (screaming vocals/clean vocals). Dead By April have released four albums — including 2009’s self-titled debut, 2011’s Incomparable, 2014’s Let the World Know and 2017’s Worlds Collide — and a 2023 EP titled Break My Fall. Their upcoming fifth studio set, The Affliction, was released in January 2024.

Their first time ever to the states, I waited 13 years for this and they did NIT disappoint. I’m glad the venue was a little smaller, it made the event a lot better as you felt closer to the band. They stayed after and met with so many fans, I was a fan for life but this moment I will cherish forever.
Been at this venue twice now and both times the sound setup has been a hit or miss. Some bands sound amazing, while others I have difficulty recognizing songs even though I’ve heard them many times prior. I’m not a sound engineer but it seems that whoever does the setup likes to prioritize volume over balance and everything sounds like indiscernible noise. No complaints for the bands, they put on an amazing show. Just wish the sound could be improved.
One of my favorite bands ever and got to be in the front row, plus I got to take pictures and had a signed t shirt, one of the best experiences I had.
Dead by April was a band I’ve always wanted to see live. It was worth the wait and the band was very interactive with the fans throughout the show. Cannot wait to see them again.
Finally Dead By April made it to the states. Great performance. Had to travel alittle away from home, but it was worth. Hopefully next time they’ll come closer to me!
This show was amazing, Dead By April sound just as good live as the do on their albums. Even Of Virtue, and Lives Lost were amazing! I would definitely see all these bands again, especially in the same place. Everyone put on an amazing show in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I recommend if anyone ever has a chance to see these groups and especially visit Harrisburg Pennsylvania. What a great state and City.
i purchase 7 tickets for me and all my family to go to this show back in january then the march show got rescheduled for september but it was hands down the best show i have ever been too and the band even stayed after there set to take pictures and sign stuff for the fans my nephews were the happiest kids in the world thank you dead by april please come back!!!
