DALLAS SMITH IN CONCERT:
Dallas Smith first rose to fame as the frontman of alternative rock band Default, but he's sure to rise even higher as a country rock solo artist. He's already earned comparisons to Keith Urban and Jason Aldean, and fans lucky enough to catch him live will have no trouble seeing why he's country's hottest new addition. Feel-good, hook-heavy anthems like "Trippin' Point" and "Slow Rollin'" are tailor-made for summer party soundtracks, and Smith delivers them perfectly at his live shows. A natural showman who delivers fast-paced, energetic performances, Smith never fails to have ticket buyers dancing in their boots all night long.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Vancouver-born Dallas Smith launched his music career as the frontman of post-grunge rock group Default, who enjoyed considerable success in the early '00s with their hit single "Wasting My Time". Despite the group's success, country music beckoned to Smith, and in 2012 he released his solo debut album Jumped Right In, a collection of guitar-driven country jams that landed five singles on the Canadian Hot 100. Smith racked up award nominations including Country Album of the Year at the 2013 Juno Awards and Male Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album of the Year by the Canadian Country Music Association. If 2013 wasn't busy enough he also embarked on a sold-out Canadian tour with Bob Seger, played alongside Jason Aldean, and signed with Republic Nashville. His first U.S. single "Trippin' Point" was co-written by Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard and went platinum in Canada. Smith finished 2014 by touring with Florida Georgia Line and working on his highly anticipated sophomore album.

That was amazing concert, my best friend and I came again…. Love watching/listening to you perform. Fantastic
Concert was amazing sound was great Could have used more bar service and served liquor not just coolers and beer
I think every time he gets better and bette. One of the greatest singers and most talleneted. Gets the whole crowed into it. Being front row he even gave me the signal to toss him my phone and he took a pic with us in the background. YOU THE MAN DALLAS. I’ll be at every show around
Performance a 10. Stage presence, like no other! Sound was great and Dallas Smyth rocked as a happy awesome vibed group. Thank you all for rocking the stage that night! I certainly hope to have a chance to hear and see you all again.
All the performers preformed amazing and their presence on stage was very enjoyable
Loved loved loved this show. Want to go again and again
Dallas Smith was terrific as always! However, seat upgrades need to be managed differently. The show wasn't sold out so Live Nation started handing out free upgrades to move the crowd closer. There's something wrong when I paid $120 for my section 202 seat and my daughter who paid $20 gets upgraded from section 400 for free to the pit. There must be a better way to respect the fans.
More information on parking would have been nice. Getting in the building was amazing, so fast and efficient going through security and scanning tickets. Lots of options for getting a drink. More bathrooms would have been nice, but that's a common problem. Music was a little too loud, someone once asked me if the music was good at a concert or if it was just loud, the music was good but you don't want it to get painfully loud.
Talk about waiting forever for the main act. I’m all about openers but 2 hours worth was a little much. And to make things worse, during the hour and some main set, three different individuals sang songs while the main act stood aside: again I’m all for letting up and coming artist play but the folks payed to see you not every Tom Dick and Harry. I’ve seen Dallas before and this wasn’t at all what I’m used too. Disappointed
