My BF is a huge fan of Converge. If you know Converge you know their type of audience and shows. Needless to say you better watch out for the crowd surfers. My bf wears glasses and as we dodged all the crowd surfers it wasn't till the last song one of them hit him in the face and broke his glasses on his face leaving him bleeding. Regardless it was a FUN show but highly consider bruises and broken glasses when attending a Converge show ??
The venue itself isn’t bad. The sound was great, but the area sucks. I prefer the old Masquerade location. With that out of the way, the show was amazing and the bands killed it. Had a great time and my ears were destroyed… in a good way.
yeah that pretty much sums it up, the way that the band interacts with the crowd is incredible and the gratitude from the band for their fans is amazing so they put on an incredible show for you/us.
The sound was great, the venue was perfect, security wasn't a problem which is hard to find sometimes. Excellent night.
If you're even thinking about seeing Converge, do yourself a favor and see this band. Doesn't get better.
These guys always put on am excellent show but this was a step above. This show was good enough that I got kicked in the face by a stagediver and I am not even mad about it
The energy was tangible. Positively amazing performance.
I've seen converge a handful of time and this was a great show. They had tons of energy and the song selection was perfect.
Amazing! The drumming was super-tight ans awesome. Evil guitar and bass licks. Singer was cool - full of energy and held the whole thing together!
The venue was packed, making it practically an oven; however, nothing to complain about. The more, the merrier. All the bands, front to back, were solid. Possibly the best crowd vibe I've ever experienced. Walked out afterwards looking like I'd just been in a rainstorm; a sign of an intense show. Great times were had.
