Collective Soul rose to prominence in the mid-’90s with 1993’s Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid. The album featured the hit single “Shine” and took Collective Soul from college radio to heavy rotation on MTV. By the end of 1995, the band (led by singer-songwriter Ed Roland) had toured with Aerosmith and Van Halen and performed “Shine” in front of thousands of fans at Woodstock ‘94. Their triple-platinum follow-up, Collective Soul (1995), included "December," "The World I Know" and "Where the River Flows," all No. 1 songs on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. Collective Soul would continue achieving career milestones well into the 2000s and 2010s, including a duet with Elton John (“Perfect Day”) and nine additional studio albums.

I'm 71 and I'll tell ya, I really enjoyed this concert. I've really liked their music for a number of years and when this opportunity came up I couldn't pass it up. Favorite songs, new songs, some good entertaining narrative by Ed Rolin, wonderful time and à great time.
My first time seeing Collective Soul in Concert. Loved it! Me (60) and my 2 sons were there and all of us enjoyed it!
Great show. Worked the audience. Sounded like they did 20 years ago. Good vibes all around. Wish they would have played Where the River Flows.
I was standing on the floor near the stage and the band was awesome! Unfortunately, I got overheated and unexpectedly passed out! Missed most of the show because I felt so lousy after I came to. I'm so upset - had been looking forward to the show for months. Still mad at myself for being such a lightweight. Would give anything to have that night back and be sufficiently hydrated. Until next time...
Great show! Edwin McCain and Collective Soul were great to watch before Hootie and the Blowfish Thank you for touring with Hootie. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. Collective Soul sounded great and they were my daughter's favorite act of the show. She loved all the acts, but she really enjoyed some of their excitement. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!! Love, Knoxville ??
Legacy bands should never be underestimated and what better way to have an intimate experience with the band at hob!
Collective Soul always delivers! Great band and a great setlist with so many hits.
Collective Soul absolutely crushed it again! 4th time being lucky enough to see these guys and it’s always a great time! HOB Myrtle Beach is a fun venue, easy to get in and out. Hope they decide to come back soon!
Collective Soul was awesome, as is to be expected. Alan Price and the modern day is a show not to be missed as well. Check them out if you’re not familiar with them and you will not regret it!
I've been to a lot of concerts. More than I can count on my fingers and this was one of the most entertaining and fun concerts I've been to. He performs like he just started out. His energy is outstanding. And House of Blues of course, is a great venue!
Collective Soul did not disappoint as usual. The venue was very well run, orderly, and staff were very nice.
Collective Soul put on an awesome show! So glad we were here in MB to see them!
First time at GLC. Easy in, easy out parking even with construction. Followed Collective Soul since 1995. They sounded great. Played 20 songs. One of my favorite concerts ever.
Great sound. The guys brought the energy. Played lots of hits and new ones. I love Collective Soul and this is one of the top 3 times I have seen them .
Collective soul put on an awesome show. Guys are still rocking and the venue was very nice.
collective soul rocks . i’ve see. them multiple times and they also are a hit
Old stuff, new stuff, crowd was in to it and they sound as good as ever!!
We had an absolutely AMAZING time! You can tell each band member was having a fun time which set the vibe for the audience. Ed Roland was born to be a rockstar - the way he hyped up the crowd, his little dance moves with the mic stand, and his stories in between songs. Then Jesse did not disappoint when it came to his wicked guitar solos. I thought it was also nice that the band acknowledged their crew and how grateful they are for both their fans and the people that help behind the scenes. I grew up listening to Collective Soul so it was incredible to finally see them in person. Overall, a fantastic show put on by fantastic performers.
I love concerts at smaller venues. The opening band was great and I can’t wait to see more of them collective soul was spot on as always, and I never tired of seeing them.
