This was a fantastic way to celebrate the year anniversary of the passing of Jimmy Buffett.
It was the first time for my sister and Brother in Law, and we will all be coming back! So relaxing and comfortable. Great ticket prices and the show was a hit!
Highly recommend Changes in Latitudes, tickets were very simple to get!
The show was good. The lead kept things light and cracked some jokes along the way. Decent performance. Nothing spectacular.
Changes In Latitudes is an awesome band and Blue Ocean Music Hall is an awesome place!
Changes in Latitudes at the Blue Ocean Music Hall never disappoints. Steve and his cadre of talented musicians replicate Jimmy Buffett's music, story telling and mind-set with precision and their FUN on stage is infectious. Pure and simple, it's a chance to PARTY!
I do believe that by the end of the concert, the lead singer was drunk. All he kept talking about was drinking tequila and kept doing "socials", and was slurring his words at the end. And I thought it was ridiculous that they came on late, and took a break after less than an hour and then some random local person got on the stage to hawk raffle tickets for 20 minutes. I didn't pay for a charity event and it was so unprofessional. I've been to a few events at the Blue Ocean Music Hall in the past and it was nothing like this one.
Changes in Latitudes puts on a high-energy show from start to finish that would make Jimmy Buffet proud. The set list delves into Buffet's early music as well as the more popular classics. Steve Kareta is charismatic and clearly loves what he does on stage (SOCIAL) and his Changes band is amazing. Keep up the great work...we'll see you in Newport!
Excellent! Very enjoyable. Nice venue. However, it was a little too compact with the tables too close together.
Changes In Latitudes is nothing short of (forgive me, Beach Boys) FUN, FUN, FUN! It is obvious from the first note that they enjoy performing Buffett, capturing the true essence of Buffett and even introducing 'virgins' to the concepts of Parrotthead and Buffettology. They willingly interact with the crowd and cover all the standards as well as those lesser known Buffett delicacies. This is an annual tradition for us at the Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, MA. It's something we look forward to and we always leave singin and a dancin all the way home. Social!
