Blue October are an alternative rock band originally from Houston, Texas. Led by brothers Justin Furstenfeld and Jeremy Furstenfeld and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Delahoussaye since their formation in 1995, Blue October has released 11 studio albums, with their latest, Spinning the Truth Around, split into three volumes unveiled between 2022 and 2024. Following initial chart success from their 2003 single “Calling You,” Blue October’s fourth album Foiled (2006) broke the band into the mainstream with back-to-back platinum-certified singles “Hate Me” and “Into the Ocean.” Foiled became the group’s first effort to chart on the Billboard 200 and kicked off a series of six consecutive Top 10 full-length releases on the Top Rock Albums chart, including No. 1 debuts for Any Man in America (2011) and Home (2016). The band has logged 13 Top 40 singles on the Alternative Airplay chart such as 2008’s “Dirt Room,” 2018’s “I Hope You’re Happy” and 2024’s “Everything We Lost In the Fire."

Love Blue October, guys are awesome! Their shows are full of energy, great musicians, never less then 10+
I went to go see Blue October because they are awesome live and they didn't let me down , their set was amazing, I was really impressed with Matt Natheson , he was funny and the music was great , switchfoot brought it and got me hyped up even more , they are a great band live and their music is awesome.
I loved the three band tour and combo of Switchfoot and Matt Nsthanson( I am now a huge fan !!) with Blue October. I went to see Blue October as a life long fan, and left as a huge fan of the other two bands! American Financial Theatre has an amazing sound system and seats were good. My only complaint with any of it was the lighting on Blue October. They were videotaping the show which seemed to make them a little less comfortable and more scripted- mostly hated the lighting behind the band which blinded the audience for half the show. I have seen them live many many times, this was a very different than usual.. but Still an amazing performance by all and so glad I went. Full sets by all 3 bands ,6:30-11 pm .. it was worth every minute!
What can I say three amazing bands. Spectacular showman really good songs. What a fun time.
Wonderful Songs about Life & how they have navigated the Oceans in Life. Thoughts & Feelings we can all relate to, with a creative variety of instruments & sound, Incredibly passionate vocals! It is a Must see for music lovers!
We got there early enough to find out that they had upgrades to the pit for $10. We couldn't pass that up. All three bands were amazing, but Blue October does not ever dissapoint! This is a band we will continue to see everytime they come to AZ. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!
It was raining before the show started which caused a delay but then having to fully evacuate the venue made it very inconvenient and ultimately we ended up leaving and only seeing a few songs by Switchfoot.
Blue October is one of my favorite bands, and their collaboration with Switchfoot was amazing. I had seen them together around 10 years ago and it was awesome, but this go round was absolute FIRE. I can wait to see both of these bands again.
They played great songs and the sound system was amazing!!
Blue October always brings their whole heart on stage. The openers were great on this one as well with Matt Nathanson and Switchfoot. It was nice to see them in a bigger theater this time. And as usual, the show was 100% a smash! Entertaining, engaging, friendly, honest and 1000% a blast to attend. Highly recommend 12/10.
